I was wondering if anyone can answer a question for me, can I use both HRT (Gel) and PM at the same time?
It's easy to find a supplier of HRT but here in the UK I'm finding it very difficult to pay for it; so I was wondering if I can supplement my dwindling supply of HRT with PM (spray or cream) while I try to find a way round the stupid UK/EU regulations.
