Is that a symptom of PM working?
I took for a few weeks some Purafem PM capsules, roughly 3g per day.

After a while, felt like a presence in my chest, like something might be there (but not budding, just generally being aware of my man-boobs, like it was more pronounced part of my body) or extra bounce, and would catch myself unaware that I was rubbing or touching my nipples while working or going to the toilet. Nothing too noticeable until I switched to some other PM brand, and then noting... nothing at all. As if that other PM brand is a dud.

I'm going to get some more Purafem or some other ebay PM (the Pueraria UK or some other one) and try that out.

Any comments?

I had a similar experience but the other way around. I started off on a eBay brand PM and had nothing really for 6 month, may be I was looking for something to hope for when I felt a jiggle in my chest I don't know, but then I switched to the all mighty Ainterol 500mg 1 twice a day and boom, after a month I'm noticing a small lump under my nipple, 2 months in and I think I can see almost daily changes. I've just stepped up to 1.5g daily.

IMHO pay the extra for Ainterol, it's not silly expensive, just not cheap, it's proven and it really works, I wish I hadn't wasted 6 months on the slightly cheaper option.

Problem with Ainterol is shipping and cost.
The ebay stuff, I can get delivered to a gas station where I can pick it up.


The Pueraria UK is approx £0.21 per capsule, the Purafem is 0.30 per capsule,and the one I just ordered a couple of hours ago is 0.33 per capsule.

Yep same price as the Ainterol at 30p a cap inc delivery, I totally get the not delivered to the house bit.

You can order Ainterol in bulk and make your own capsules. A “00” comes out juuuuust short of 500mg unless you pack the hell out of it. PMS have worked, but Ainterol seems to be more effective.

Thought I read that some people get the powder and mix it with their food / drink. Maybe that's good with the powder?

I wish I could try some Ainterol, but need it delivered to a safe box so I can collect when appropriate.

Got 120 capsules of PM from a UK supplier on eBay (PureMiracle), it's a 2-person team, one of them lives in Thailand and gets the powder imported from there. It's the most expensive stuff per capsule I've ordered so far, £0.33 / capsule.

I've had my eye on Barlowes. Same problem - won't know exactly when the delivery will be, I can't control when the delivery will happen. I work from home and from the office on days that change.

That is why eBay Click-n-collect is so vitally useful - order and get it delivered to a petrol station or a shop, after work I drive to pick it up.

Whenever I order from barlowe's, they issue tracking confirmation. It always tells me the exact day it's supposed to arrive and then when it has actually been delivered. Again, hope this is helpful to you.

You know your life best and I don't know your circumstances, the Ainterol comein plain packaging but I remember there was a customs label on it but not sure what it said.
