Im curious what everyones skincare routine is like? What everyone does and takes. Ill post what I do so some of you might be inspired as well
Red Light Therapy: I bought a red light set up from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BLCPN7PL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) to help with general health, but learned it helps with skin health a lot. I sit fully naked with the light hitting my body, each side for 15 minutes every night(30 minutes total) as part of winding down and getting ready for bed. Works miracles and feel so much more energized in the morning and better night sleep
Collagen: I buy vital protiens bovine collagen powder from the store and add a scoop to my protien shake that i have every day. Collagen is great for skin, hair and nails, as well as joints too!
Body Lotion: I use Cerave Body lotion every day in the morning when I get up and Evertime i get out of the shower, its good to keep your skin well nourished and moisturized.
Face: I use Advanced Clinicals Retinol Cream (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MBTKYEK/?coliid=I31J4EU7ZAF54V&colid=28VM39PFX0D36&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1) from amazon. Retinol is a type of Vitamin A, and helps new cell growth and has anti aging effects on the skin, allowing collagen and elastin get into the skin and keep its structure. I also use a good face scrub to clean my face and use a electric face scrub brush to clean my face before applying my face cream.
Supplements: The only supplement I take for my skin is a heavy weight hyaluronic acid (https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Hyaluronic-Acid-100mg-Capsules/dp/B00663G8WO/ref=sr_1_22?crid=3JFDL4MQEF6LM&keywords=hyaluronic%2Bacid%2Bsupplements%2Bhigh%2Bmolecular%2Bweight&qid=1691614733&rdc=1&s=hpc&sprefix=hyaluronic%2Bacid%2Bsupplements%2Bhigh%2Bmolecular%2Bweight%2Chpc%2C211&sr=1-22&th=1). And similar to collagen, it helps joints and keeps the skin elasticity and structure. Keeping things well hydrated.
