Hi all! I'm starting my PM journey soon but want to go very slow with it I was wondering what a minimum dose of PM is expected to do I have very poor skin to start with and read that this can help my long term goal is to feminies my body and mind while devolving breasts along the way!

Hello EJM.
I regard 2,000 mg as the baseline dose for bio-males. However, there are a number of members who are happy with the results they get from taking 1,500 mg.
