This excitement releases endorphins, serotonin, healing hormones, anti aging hormones, sex hormones, elevates mood, improves digestion, and makes you a generator of positive energy that fires up everything in your life and inspires others around you. People love seeing someone focused with a purpose- it inspires them too. It's infectious.
