Suggestions?

I feel as though my growth has virtually stopped, and I am guessing I am in a stall. I regularly take 1000 pm first thing in the morning along with a protein shake and grapefruit juice. At lunch time I take another 1000 pm plus 900 sp, and occasionally a cap of maca and even more occasionally a cap of hops. Late afternoon another 500 pm. Then, before bed, another 1000 pm. Yeah, I know, large doses of pm. What can I say... I think I have a high tolerance for most substances. Except hummus...can't stand hummus LOL
About once a month, just for kicks, and for the last two to three months I have also applied pg cream to the girls once a day for a week.
Oh, I also sip a couple of cups of spearmint tea during the day. This is another recent addition, attempting to break the stall.
Over the last several years I have followed much the same course with periodic bursts of growth. Lately I have not had that. Moreover, I have noticed a drop off of late in the girl feelings. Hard to be exact, but there are times I breeze through the day with strong feminine thought patterns and emotions. Then there are days when I just feel more male. I have attributed this to the varying effects of different batches of pm. I don't, as I have said before, trust that the pm we get is uniform in quality and effectivness. Just a suspicious mind, perhaps, but I have been doing this long enough that I really notice a difference. I have tried, unscientifically of course, to filter out other possible contributing factors, and come to believe that, simply, all pm is not created equal.Tongue
Anyway, I was leaning toward a short break. Maybe two weeks. It is hard to contemplate, as I am totally habituated to this routine, plus in the midst of a stall, the mind recoils from the possibilty if regression during a break.
Oh, another thing. When I first started on pm, as has been reported by others in ancient threads, one of the first things I noticed was that any under arm oder just seemed to disappear. I never suffered from much, but on pm it went away completely. I found shirts could be reworn many times without washing and with zero odor. And, yes, I am very particular about that. Just recently I noticed that my underarms had an odor. It was just the one time, but it floored me as it has been three years without that.
So what do you think? Short break? New program? Gun in the mouth (kidding!)Tongue

You're not going to enjoy it at all, but you should break from anywhere from a week to a month.

At this point, a person eating a portion of your liver could probably serve as HRT for them.

LOL, but no really, drink lots of water for a week at least. You'll probably get a growth spurt if you're like everyone else. It's kinda hell to be off of it though.

Take a break from the PM but stay on SP and spearmint? Maybe up the SP? I know the bottle I have says take 1 to 5 pills daily. Or perhaps try some of the other herbs jacp114 mentioned...

Oh, interesting (at least to me) sidebar...
I thought I had no picture of my torso from just before starting all this, and I still don't in that sense. But today it hit me that I was working on a film right as I was starting, and that there was a brief (very brief) moment I had on camera totally naked.
As soon as I got home tonight I went looking for the DVD. I... hmmm... how shall I phrase this?... whipped it out...no ... pulled it out... no...well gee...LOL... I got the DVD out and into a computer and cued up the scene. There I was, nearly four and a half years ago. Wow. Palm slap to forehead moment.
There is absolutely no doubt but that my breasts have grown significantly during that time. But more intriguing was the rest of me. My waist is now definitely more pronounced and indented above the hips, while by hips have grown slightly rounder. Slightly, to be sure, but very markedly. Yay!Big Grin
Maybe it WAS worth turning my liver into Sarah's lunch.Tongue

By the way, you really made me laugh with that bit about my liver, Sis. Heh heh heh.

LOL, I didn't say I would eat it. Blush

PM no longer agrees with me, so there's no telling what kind of horrible reaction I'd have to it. Oh...wait...you were joking. Ahem...I wasn't seriously considering it anyways, I'll have you know.Tongue

Anyways, glad to hear about your subtle changes. Things like that are really hard to notice without photographs or videos.

Samantha,

Going cold turkey could help you restart your growth. Other options would be to include calcium supplements, drop the hops and maca, or add some variety with your daily pm dosage. For example, take 2,500 mg for a part of the week, 3,000 mg the other part, and maybe 3,500 mg for one or two days of the week.

If going cold turkey is too drastic for you, how about lowering your dosage back to the 2,000 mg area?

Sarah, I'll taken an identical dosage of pm for a while. Do you want to eat both Samantha's and my liver, or are you just hungry and this is your form of morbid humor? Big Grin

Thanks, Flame! Actually, I forgot to mention I have also been taking calcium and collagen every morning.
Maybe my liver is so toxic you wouldn't have to eat it? Maybe , you could get your HRT just from standing next to me?Smile
Perhaps, whenever I take a walk, people I pass all get a boost in their E levels.Dodgy
