I'm on 500mgs of PM a day and loving the results. I just take one 500mg capsule at night before bed which has been working great. However it occurs to me that most oral compounds break down pretty quickly relative to injectable compounds and for stable levels I might need to dose multiple times per day. What is the half life of the major PM estrogens? Would I be better off dividing that 500mgs into 2 or even 3 doses a day?
