OK, I must be going blind. A few eeeks ago i noticed a post on food that we could use in our NBE journey, and I thought at the time I should print it out. Well, last night I looked and searched but heck, I'm unable to find that post any were. Does anyone recall what section the post was in, or even better did you save a link you could post for me.

Those lists pop up from time to time Rolleyes, note, some foods are pro-E and anti-DHT and T, or otherwise known as NBE super foods. Big Grin

On that topic, I believe the first true herbal source of progesterone discovered is from the leaves of the walnut tree.

Coincidentally, when I first read about this, I was eating a fair number of walnuts as part of a high fat / low carb diet lifestyle. Further coincidentally, it was about the same time as my boobs started to round out a bit.

Note that the hormone was found in the leaves, not the nuts - but I did eat a lot.

I'm not claiming there is a link, just wondered if it was worth investigating. They taste good, anyway!

It occurs to me that I regularly eat 80% or better of the things on these lists, excepting carbs and soy.

Also, I recall reading here somewhere about how calcium boosts the body's ability to use PM or something to that effect... and here, I've been drinking raw, whole milk for years... which has good fats, too.

Seems a healthy diet just gets you where you want to go, no matter where that is.
