Good morning folks. After many thoughts, testing pm and reading many posts here, I will test again to take estrofem, 1mg daily and see whats happens the next 1-3 months. As I read here, a low dose estrofem is much safer than all the many herbals that I must take to get budding an an A cup.
I want to manage it a little bit and I think its better manageable with real e than with pm.

Can you please help me with a few questions?

Will I gain weight with this low e dose?
When du you thinks starts budding with this dosage and what was the first signs?

Depends on many factors, including your testosterone levels.

For feminization, getting your testosterone down is more important than getting your estrogen up!

If your T is high, you won’t see decent breast development. You will have a bit of fat accumulation in your chest like manboobs but no glandular tissue. It’s important you use something that can lower your testosterone. Spearmint and Peppermint combined together can do this. Let the tea seep for two hours and drink 0.5 L daily.

If saving your liver is your biggest concern, try Estradiol patches or Estradiol gel.

If all you want is breasts, then a breast augmentation might be a better option for you then taking hormones. Every dose of hormones will eventually cause general effects, you can’t pick and choose which you want and which not.
