Powdered PM Dose Amounts - Help!

#1

Hi, how is everyone doing?
I would appreciate any information on Powdered PM Dosage Amounts?
All the technical jargon was Greek to me? And I probably don't remember the important stuff...
It's supposed to be the better quality available, of course.
I think 40% Isoflavins? was mentioned.
Any suggestion on how much to take and what to take or mix it with?
Thanks in advance!

If you are referring to the Ainterol R1 powder, it is the same as the powder in their R1 capsules, which contain 500mg. I reckon that 1 level measurng teaspoonful of the powder is 2500mg, or a quarter teaspoon would be 625mg. Some people take the powder dry but I think that is risky because it would be very choking if you drew in your breath at the wrong moment, so I prefer to work it into a little plain yogurt (which provides some calcium). Or you can fill your own capsules. The powder works out a lot cheaper than the capsules.

Easyest way is to get a size 00 capsule Machine (cost about $20) and and make your own capsules.

(remember to tamp them as full as you can pack them to get the full 500mg per capsule)

Hi AnnabelP & Lenneth!
Thanks to both of you for your information!
AnnableP, your information helped with the decision on how much powder would be needed for a 3 month supply!
Lenneth, I have found the capsules locally for what seems to be a decent price, the filling machine appears to be something that I will have to order from online,
Thanks again to both of you!

Nothing to add to the conversation here, since I don't use the bulk powder, but I did want to say welcome Leah!Tongue
