Hey guys, so I might be able to start hormone replacement therapy in the next month or so and i was wondering would taking pm with it help or hinder the transitioning process? would it be healthy?

I'm not sure one way or the other on this. For the sake of simplicity, I would suggest sticking with one or the other.

I'm not sure one way or the other on this. For the sake of simplicity, I would suggest sticking with one or the other.
I would actually differ with you on this sabers.
PM has many constituents known to help fight several of the potential problems associated with common HRT regimes.
I'd say take a low dose plan more akin to the girls with HRT, mostly just to reduce the risks caused by HRT.
A single 500mg pill a day in the morning should be plenty for this purpose. Maybe even excessive, and if that is the case, there are other options besides Ainterol's pre-packed capsules.
