There is a great deal of information on the subject of Herbal Breast Enhancement. So much of it that I need help filtering and understanding.
Would you please share some of your wisdom with me?
I am a 65 year old MtF working on feminization, mainly fat redistribution and breasts. Over the past year and a half I've lowered my BMI from 33 to 23 (5'-5", 210# to 140#). I was on a Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto regimen for a year. At the beginning of this year I began taking Puereria Mirifica.
I am comfortable in the knowledge that there is no "best" regimen, and some experimentation will be necessary. Please give me some advice regarding my current regimen and things to look for.
GNC Herbal Plus Whole Herb Fenugreek 610 mg,
one before bed, one before lunch
GNC Herbal Plus Saw Palmetto Standardized Extract 160 mg,
one before bed, one before lunch
Ainterol Pure-D Pueraria Mirifica 500 mg,
one upon waking, then one every five hours.
Questions:
Is this a reasonable starting point for dosages and timing?
What should I look for that will tell me to make adjustments?
Best wishes
MsVal
