Is my PM & cream routine adequate? Pls advise

Hi ppl
I have started on Bio-essence Bust cream for 8 months and Pueraria Mirifica for 5 months. I took a 1.5 months break and I'm currently getting on with my programme again. I took 2x 500mg PM once in the morning and once before I sleep. Applied bust cream with massage thrice a day.
=> 1st question: Are my efforts adequate? It seems that I do have some slight growth, as in there is budding which did not go away even after my 1.5months break. However, I have not reached a B cup after so long.
=> 2nd question: How long should the "break" be ideally?
Furthermore, I currently have a gf and I'm afraid that carrying on my routine may have an adverse effect on my erection and fertility. I really love her and I don't want our sex life to be affected. This is because I noticed a decrease in my sex drive.
=> 3rd question: Does Pueraria Mirifica herbal pills interfere with my hormones and cause problems for my sex life?
=> 4th question: Will Pueraria Mirifica pills or other phytoestrogens decrease the size of my genitals?
Meanwhile, I'd carry on with my routine, but I hope that someone out there may have the answers to my burning questions. Thanks!
Best Regards

Wow, a b-cup in short of time? You must be gifted. Phytos can affect your sex drive and size of genitals slightly but not that significant. Even though volume is decreased, I don't have a problem with sex drive. I've been on the real stuff for a couple of years, but stopped and now I'm on phytos. I have been maintaining what I have so I'm pretty much pleased. I can't answer about your other phyto since I haven't used it.

Is there sort of a growth rate that I can expect? Because I admit I can be inpatient at times...

Of course whatever your genetics are, will determine what your size will be. Usually what has been said that you end up a bust size or two down from your mother's or sister's (blood relatives of course). As far as growth time, not really. Your breast has receptors that will respond to hormones that it was designed for. Since the molecules from phytos aren't as potent, they will only make your body mimic the response of that receptor. What I mean there, is that body fat will tend to collect in the breasts therefore enlarging them due to the influence of the pseudo estrogen. As far as actual breast duct development I'm not too sure. It would seem like they do, but I stopped phytos and went to the real stuff. At best, the ducts probably don't form as much or mature to what a genetic female does. Males also don't have as many estrogen receptors as women do. That could explain the reason that males don't develop fully like women do as the mature male body is pretty "set" in it's makeup. This info is from my research when I started my transition so please don't take it as actual scientific fact of course.

Does phytoestrogens cause sterility like the actual hormones?

before I went to the real stuff,it toned it down a little. Just think of it this way, phytos aren't going to make a huge difference and make your life change. They will affect you mildly, but that's all. As far as being sterile, I did phytos for about a year, it didn't do that much other than giving me little boobs. It wasn't until the real hormones that I saw major differences. Don't expect a whole lot out of this. Most people claim to get soooo much results from them. From my experience, they ARE helping me, but I wouldn't be where I'm at today if I hadn't started a real hormone regimen. I'm not telling you to do that, I don't know what to achieve, but I'm just saying that phytos are a good primer, but that's all.
