How much PM cream is too much?
I've consumed nearly 80% of a 50ml tube of Purafem in a week.
I've also consumed what seems like a lot of a 50g tub of cream in a week.
I'm taking a short break, resuming on Sunday evening.

Is this too much? Any danger of too much cream like this?
