I have some breast cups as well as some nipple cups, but based on another thread in this forum about nipple pumping, I got an idea to start focusing on exclusively the nipples for a while and only doing breast pumping moderately.
So far I think the results are promising. i have small, pointy breasts and my nipples and areola have increased in size a little bit. There is define roundness on the outer side of the breasts developing, and it's caused some breast tissue growth. I have no intention of going on any other program or treatment, but so far I'm very happy about the shape and more optimistic.
Something I found when doing only the full breast cups was that the shape of the breasts I was developing was more elliptical, from nipple to venter of chest, upwards. I was not happy with the results despite having optimal placement.
Performing the pumping on the nipples seems up prioritize development more at the bottom of the breast, around the nipple, with faster results. I feel like I may have better looking and feeling breasts going this route first.

It can be tricky to position the full breast cups, especially toward the outer edges, I've found. I think positioning is the trick, though. Keep playing around with it.
I've used Supple Nips nipple cups for a few years on and off and love how my nips have become permanently erect. Here's something else you might want to try. Go on eBay and search "cupping set". These things are sold for the Asian-originating practice of pain relief and healing using suction cups around the body. But there is one type sold that looks like a larger version of Supple Nips. They seem to be silicon rubber and are much thicker than Supple Nips, but interesting to use on the breast and nipple. I've bought a couple of sets, which include sizes about 1/4" to 2" in diameter.
