Whey Protein and Muscle Growth - Nasi - 27-02-2018

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if this was something anyone has looked into?

Since starting my breast growth program I have continued to take whey protein while working out. I head somewhere that taking whey protein can cause testosterone to spike which may negatively impact breast growth.

Does anyone know anything about this? Have experience body building while growing?
