1500 mg PM daily
2400 mg Fenugreek daily
500 mg Bovine ovary daily
1100 mg Saw Palmetto daily
120 mg of Stinging Nettle daily
It took two years to achieve my C cup goal. I've stopped now but have lost little bust size.
