I heard that if you take to much white penoy you have gastrointestinal issues when should i cycle it do i do a week on a week off lol. Ive been constantly taking it for a week or two i think 1000Mg

You should be fine just don't take Reishi with it. Do Reishi at a different time. I took Reishi with White Peony and ended up being best friends with the bathroom.
