Yes pumping and massage plus supplements are working.  
My desiree to use hrt is strong. I made my 4th trip to Tijuana.  It starteded as a 5 mile walk. Then a couple hours at the best Farmicia Gusher.  I filled 6 prescriptions.  Then I was turned down on Lithium. I will need a mexican Dr for that.  I held back getting hrt.  But I described my trouble to my wife.  She offers to  visit TJ next time. I have 3 months to 4 months meds total. I have a pharmacy id card and I am sure to visit again.
