I got same thing but lately it only rises when my nips are being played with , but thinking about sex or seeing porn  gets it semi erect and lots of leaking.

I am starting to think this lack of "play" is stress as I am incredibly sexually excited so libido is high , but still nothing happening

even my favourite porn sites it just wakes says hello to about 60% and then flops, literally
