Just watching that short vid I know I need to increase my water consumption but also need to add a little to it as we don't have spring water just town wTer

Just watching that short vid I know I need to increase my water consumption but also need to add a little to it as we don't have spring water just town water

I now drink only spring or filtered water. And I get a lot of my water from my daily teas. He is a vegan, which I am not. Peggy needs to know about his site, since she is a vegan. See below for his site. I have used some of his plant proteins, they are great, but they are not cheap though. I put it in my morning drink in the morning and do not have anything till I get to the office and then I have some fruit with tea.

I hope you have your daily salad. It is so good for you, it is nutritious and also flushes out your system. If you don't like spinach, just replace it with other greens. <3 POM

What concerned me is what he said about alkaline water neutralizing stomach acid because I brought a very expensive supplelement which has a high alkaline component but its primary ingredient is modified silica (which is very good for you) but is it too much I wonder?
