Breast Growth For Genetic Males

So I have now been on PM for a couple of weeks, just 550mg morning and evening. I have already seen, and felt, some growth. I can also see my nipples have grown and I am even beginning to develop some Montgomery's glands. The question I have is people talk about budding, and I am experiencing the growth of fibrous tissue within my breasts but not the ball that others have described. Is this budding?

So it seems that a ball is now beginning to form under my right nipple, and I've already gained about 1 in in my bust. I love what is happening, especially with my nipples, so dark, hard, and some real Montgomery's glands are forming.
