Has anyone had any luck with black cohosh? I've been debating adding something, I know many take FG and SP, but it seems like you have to take a lot of it to get any sort of result, BC seemed stronger in small doses.
did you pursue BC? , i have only found its a great source for headaches ,gave it up after about 6 months
I did, but also did not like it and stopped taking it early on. I was, like many, looking for different things to try. I started with PM, then switched to BO briefly, but didn't like it. Tried FG and BC and then PM again and then where I am now with BO again but love it this time.
I switched to black cohash about 6 months after starting my nbe. Never looked back.
