I just got my new noogleberry today and tried it out. Nice!! Took it easy and followed directions and had no bruising or problems. My only question is this, do I massage before or after the noogleberry session? Thanks!

Brr. what a chilly reception, or non-reception I should say. Surely there are some Noogleberry users
that also massage, here. I thought we were supposed to help and support one another. Oh well.

Thanks for the reply, Jessica. That's just what I've been doing. I figure that the message increases blood flow
to the area and perhaps would help the Noogleberry do its thing. Makes sense?
