Nice catch. Very interesting.Smile
I have to try and print this out for my next gender doctor visit at the end of the month. I would like to go on twice monthly injections, and drop the Spiro.
Obviously, changes come thick and fast on injections. So waiting till the cooler weather is here is preferred.

You mean due to breast development and curves a popping??? I am of the opinion, there is never a good or bad time. Cause, lets say you develop better or even to expectations over the winter. You still have to deal with the change of climate which means thinner and skimpier clothing. So, you still have a harsh adjustment. Maybe more so if over 4 months you go from (*) (*) to ( * ) ( * ) this. LOL..

Just my opinion though.

I get where you are coming from. Once I get to the point of it being difficult, then it's time to start telling people.
Is there a diagram for herbal methods?

Maybe I should Make one?

I think I saw one at one of the web sites that touted PM. But not sure of the legitimacy of it.

Have you considered just dropping the spiro yourself Jannet?

I'm still getting steady changes on what seems to be a low dose of Estradiol alone according to the chart you linked to. One benefit or drawback depending on personal preference is that normal male function seems little affected barring reduced fluid by excluding spiro (based on personal experience)

I have another blood test next week, then I see my gender Dr on the 22nd. We will discuss the changes then. She actually wanted me to go up to 200mg last time we talked, I mentioned that I didnt think I needed to. I do suspect the Reishi is Also helping, but I still cannot believe my "T" has dropped so low, so fast. Also, keep in mind that Spiro needs to be dropped slowly.
Although my T is almost non existent, Im not confident enough to stop spiro myself. I wish I could, that would solve my electrolyte problems such as needing to drink almost two gallons of water a day to ensure I don't wake up in middle of the night with severe leg cramps. If I'm bad with water that day, I usually suffer all night not getting sleep with bad restless leg. The days I drink right, I do just fine. I couldn't imagine upping the spironolactone dose. I have an appointment with the doc next week and will address it as well.
