I had been using Vitex for almost the length of time that I have read about on that Vitex should work. I just want to know what all does Vitex do for males? I can't find out any more new information about it. I have been taking 2 caps a day 400 mg each. So far the things that I can tell that it does is my sex drive has been lowered at 1st I felt like a million dollars for about 2 weeks but that kinda went away some I still feel better though also my hairs on my face and body don't grow so fast anymore and also at 1st my prostate felt um strange for a bit but didn't last too long also my erections don't happen like they use to and my sperm has seemed to decrease. If anyone can shed more light on Vitex would be very helpful.

its suppose to work as a anti androgen from what I have gathered in research and affect sexual desire? / my sperm has seemed to decrease also. Im now taking 2 440mg pills dunno if thats enough or too much.
I don't know how long I been on Vitex but I have noticed it does what all I have came across on what these sites say it does. I been taking 2 a day when I 1st wake up so it can get in my system before the hormones start working and it can block the androgens and lower T levels. As soon as I can I want to get on BO.

2 440mg caps? a day? or what size?

Well I take Sawnson Chasteberry Fruit 120 capsules 400mg. I just take 2 caps a day at the same time. So far 1 of the major changes is that my body and facial hairs don't grow as fast and they are not as thick anymore also the hair between the booty stopped growing so that is a plus as well. I hope all goes well when I start using BO.

Plenty it is working for me
The down sides I have noticed about Vitex. Is that it made my finger and toe nails grow really slow and my cuticles aren't healthy now. But of course right now I haven't been able to increase Estrogen in my body. So that may have allot to do with everything going the way it is in my body. Anyways not sure but the other day I was working on dvd/vcr combo and it slipped out of my hands and on the way down I tried to grab it and cut my thumb instead of blood slowly coming out it was like water. Other than all of that it is doing what it is suppose to do.
Yesterday I don't know what this means but my butt is all tingly and I have only been using Vitex and it is still feeling that way today. If anyone can tell me what could be going on now I would love to know because it feels um well like my hormones are trying to shift I think? I don't know but I do know Vitex has been working nicely!
