Curious how many of us wear a bra in public while presenting as male and how you first found it, I'm in transition and had no intention of wearing a bra until I absolutely had to, that came sooner than planned with the bumpy mountain roads here in the south of France (here for a months holiday), had enough of my tender boobs jiggling about so yesterday I wore a bra in public for the first time, felt a little self conscious at first walking round various French towns and villages with just a t shirt over the top but mum said i looked fine, ended up walking the sea front in cannes where I will confess I caved and put a hoody on uncomfortable with the hundreds of people walking seemingly straight at me

With the exception of straps in the back, T-shirt bras have very little show through.

Compression tanks & t-shirts are also a good option, well at least until you get really big.

That said it's been my experience that the more self-concious I feel about it, the more likely I am to draw attention. Why should I stress out over the opinion of people I don't know and will never see again?

I wear bras alot... and corsets.... in male mode and no one notices.... and if they do.... no one cares..... Personally I could care less what anyone thinks of that I wear..... no mater what gender I present..

I'm with Karren on her way of thinking. The problem is too many people worry about what other people are going to think and not what they want or makes them happy.
It's surprising how much more at ease I am presenting as a woman in public these days, but I still present as a guy in certain situations. I'm still a little self-conscious in guy mode because my breasts project a lot now, and my nails are long and often painted. I often wear girls clothes (jeans, shirts, underwear) in guy mode because I find them so much more comfortable. People never say anything, but often do a quick double take. I'm getting used to it and often forget to think about how I appear to others. It just takes time to undo the conditioning that encourages men and women to dress and act according to their assigned sex. It's more an issue with relatives and friends, and, of course, those brutally honest young kids...lol.

Easy solution there... Whats "presenting as male", just stop doing that Tongue
I wish I had just a little of the confidence they you girls do. I just get embarased and feel my self going beetroot just thinking about it.
karen your breasts are impressive, how do people not notice in a regular bra? do you just wear a plunge bra for support? also any tips on the clasps and straps not to show for those who do wear bras and would like more comfortable ones than certain others? Also I wear bras from ELITA these bras are great for comfort, support and if you have breasts i feel they give them a great look without pushing them outward
Some good points made, thanks girls, I think the who cares attitude is probably a good one in regards to people you see only once in passing, Eva I was waiting for male fail, had I been further along I think I would have gone full time here, helps when you cant understand what people are saying half the time Tongue
i have been wearing bras (with coordinating panties) & breast forms for years as a bearded cigar-smoking Harley-riding male with no problems under the credo "fuck 'em if they can't take a joke" meaning it's not MY problem U don't like/understand my breasts! life is too short to care what other people think...[attachment=11418]
